Product Inspection and Returns for Authorized Resellers

Reseller shall inspect the Products for damage, defect, or other nonconformance immediately upon receipt. If any product is damaged, defective, or otherwise nonconforming (a "Defective Product"), Reseller must not offer the Defective Product for sale and must report the defect to Medi-Dyne at customersupport@medi-dyne.com or 1-800-810-1740. Reseller shall also promptly inspect all orders to ensure that the items, sizes, and quantities are correct. Any discrepancy claim must be made within fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the order.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: 

Medi-Dyne will accept returns of Defective Products for credit for up to ninety (90) days following the date of purchase. Reseller may return products to Medi-Dyne subject to the following conditions:

(i) Reseller must request a Return merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from Medi-Dyne;

(ii) Product returns must be shipped prepaid to Medi-Dyne and must include the assigned RMA number on the box;

(iii) upon receipt and inspection of the returned Products by Medi-Dyne, Medi-Dyne will issue credit to Reseller in the net amount invoiced. 

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Reseller may return non-defective Products to Medi-Dyne within ninety (90) days of purchase for credit, subject to the following conditions:

(i) Reseller must request a RMA number from Medi-Dyne;

(ii) non-defective Products must be shipped prepaid to Medi-Dyne and must include the assigned RMA number on the box;

(iii) the Products being returned must be new, in resalable condition, and in their original, unopened packaging;

(iv) if Medi-Dyne determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned Products are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, Medi-Dyne will issue credit equal to the net amount invoiced less a restocking charge of fifteen (15) percent. Medi-Dyne reserves the right to amend these conditions or disallow returns of non-defective Products at any time.
